"Mike and his team were our heroes during our last remodel. We rebuilt the house from the ground up, literally suspending the house in the air and adding seven pillars, a new foundation, new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, re-siding the entire house and replacing all of the windows. There was not one room in our five bedroom house that was left untouched. Living on a hillside, we had a very technical remodel and some details had to be worked out in the field. Mike was well aware of our budget and he worked with us whenever we encountered a change that arose in the field. He was also extremely flexible in partnering with us as we did some of the finish work ourselves. In the end, we completed our project on time and within 10% of our original budget!
